Get paid faster
with Invoice Payment Links
We are excited to release an oft-requested feature: Payment Links!
Now you can make it easier than ever for clients to pay their invoices.
How does it work?
If you are using a payment service that provides direct payment links, like Paypal.me or the Cash App, Adminja can now incorporate those links when we send your clients their invoice.
Step 1
Grab the unique payment link from your payment processor.
The method will differ from provider to provider but they all make it very easy to setup and copy a payment link.
Step 2
Visit the Invoice Configuration tab in your user profile and paste the payment link into the "Default Payment Link" field and save your changes.
Step 3
Create a NEW invoice and click "Send by Email".
Step 4
Click "Send Invoice".
An email will be sent to the recipient containing a PDF of the invoice and instructions to click the payment link to send money immediately. If you'd like to try it yourself, simply replace your client's email address with yours before you click "send" and we'll send the email, with the payment link and invoice PDF directly to you.
Note: When you get notified of received payments, don't forget to apply them to the invoice in Adminja so we can track its progress.
